This holiday home is situated in the center in the street Bandelstrasse in Berlin-Tiergarten. The most sights like the Brandenburg Gate you can reach in only a few minutes. Close to the apartment is a bus stop. The subway station ”Turmstrasse” is approx. 5 minutes far. There are free parking places in front of the house. You can reach a backery and a supermarket in only a few minutes.

This modern holiday home is approx. 130qm and is a quiet location in the center. There are 5 rooms for 10 persons

The living area:

The living area has a kitchen with a table for 10 persons, a couch with TV and a sperated toilet.

The bedrooms:

The house has 4 bedrooms. One in the first floor with 3 single beds, a closed, two night tables with a lamp. This bedroom has a seperated shower with a washing basin.

In the first floor are the other 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom are seperated with single beds, night tables and lamps.

The bathroom:

There are a shower bathroom with a shower, a toilet and washing basin and a seperated toilet.

The kitchen:

The kitchen is complet equippted with a fridge, an e-stove, a coffee maker, a toaster, a water heater and dishes.
